What Did You Do To (or With) Your Cayenne Today ?

Burning Brakes
I have been a bad CTT owner for about a year and half. Started catching up to me, still chasing some gremlins but believe I have figured it out that my alternator is going...…..will have the Indy check the root cause out.
I took the Xenon headlamps out and did a deep clean for the first time. Maguire's mag wheel cleaner to remove the oxidation and remaining factory. No wet sanding this time around but did the mag polish, plastic restore, plastic sealantx2, and then hit a big dose of Collinite insulator wax on the finished head lamp.
I have never reinstalled Xenon headlamps before and it was a mess until I calmed down and played with them a few times......finally got one to come on manually plugging it in to verify it worked, then figured out to position the rear plug in a bit upwards slightly, and I got a good connection in 5 minutes on both sides.
Car looks great for now with clear eyes again.
Laid down Griots Leather on all the seats and arm rest...……..that stuff is my favorite.

One thing once you have the headlights really clear - go find a wrap shop and have them put clear-bra over the headlights. They'll stay clear about forever with the clear bra - and if it ever deteriorates, it's simple to get it replaced.

Installed new backup lights “Reverse LEDs Bright OSRAM #87578881” purchased through deAutoKey.com. No errors and much brighter. I bought under Mk6 Jetta
The ones used are 1156 for Jetta Sportwagen. http://deautokey.com/product/reverse...gen-all-models

how in the name of green fanny apples can I upload from my iPad? I go thru Manage Attachments, select from this Device, pic the image and it says 100% and shows the pic, I hit Upload and nada. Even uploading to an Album and trying to add that way, nada. Very frustrating

Had the Technos refreshed with OE color and clear. $500 for 4 corners, so I’m happy with the outcome. Trying out the titanium centers to see if I like them long-term.

I did the same, then was worried about water getting into the bulb socket and corroding it and again causing the error, and with it behind the wheelwell liner. I found a small clear cap from a couple bottles of spray chemicals in the detailing cabinet, covered the open bulb, and then electrical taped around the joint to make them water tight. I did a test to make sure the bulb didn't get hot where it would melt the plastic cover, and it doesn't.
