Cool best holiday ever

We'll, as you can see by my IP, I am once again posting in the US for the first time after a year in the desert. I redeployed yesterday and flew straight to FL to spend time with the family before I fly back to my home in KY next week, with a brand new TT waiting for me there! The flights were from hell and took three days, but the end certainly justified the means. When I get settled, I will post some pics, along with some from the war, as many of you have asked about it. I can't convey in words what it feels like to have my freedom again. I feel reborn. Everything we take for granted, I feel like I am doing for the first time, from eating nice meals, to taking walks wherever I want, to shopping in a grocery store. May we all take time this Holiday season to remember why it is we have the freedom to drive where we want, meet and socialize as friends, and have the freedom to engage in chat rooms, among other things. Thanks to all of my brothers and sisters in all of the Coalition Forces overseas and at home who make that possible every day. Thanks again for all of your encouragement during a very challenging year for me personally.

Regards,
1LT Eric Rahman

Eric,

Welcome home and thanks to you and your comrades for all that you do as a part of our country's armed forces. Since you're in KY, I'm guessing that you are part of the 101st. We're glad to have you home. Merry Christmas!

Eric,

Glad you are home safely to enjoy your Christmas and your new Cayenne. Thank you and everybody else who have so unselfishly given their time to serve in the armed forces so that we may have our freedoms to enjoy our way of life. May God bless you all and have a Merry Christmas.

it came with 20" sport technos, but they don't work well in winter! They'll reappear in a few months. I am going to put my stainless steel skid plate on now!....pics to follow!
