986 Inner Door Seal

Hi,

I'm looking for instructions on how to replace the inner door seal, the one that attaches to the inner lip of the door, parts 5,6,7 & 8 on the door seal, parts diagram?

I think the old seal pulls out from the door handle side of the door, but not sure how to remove it from around the wing mirror fixing and then how to fit the new one?

Any help gladly welcomed!
