I bid on a mint 1999 M3 and a 2003 2.7 liter Boxster with a new clutch and IMS bearing

I had 2000 Audi TT Quattro Coupe, with 1.8 turbo, Mk1-never had recalled spoiler or suspension modifications installed that Audi offered under warranty. I believe the reports of rear end liftoff were with FWD cars, in Europe, exiiting highway offramps at extraordinary speeds. With winter tires I drove extensively in snow and it was a blast. Almost impossible to oversteer this car on wet, or snowy conditions. Beautiful interior detailing! However, having said that, I find my 09 Boxster much better balanced, also very good with winter tires in snowy conditions, provided there's adequate ground clearance, & one isn't "sledding" over snow drifts, better engine performance (255HP vs 180HP), better sound, and better braking. My $0.02.
