Default Brake Calipers

Hi all - I am new to the Boxster world and could use some advice. I have a 2002 Boxster. I want to change my calipers to red, like would come on an "S". If I buy a set of used S calipers will they fit on my base Boxster? Or will I need additional components?

Thanks.

In a word, no, they are not a direct bolt on

From JFP in PA on another forum:
"The front S caliper and rotors are a bolt on swap; the rears no so much.

The S cars used different axles and hub carriers, so the emergency brakes from a base car will not work. To convert the rear, you need the S hub carriers and e brake set up as well as the calipers and rotors."

Thanks for the help JayG. I have come to the conclusion that I am better off just painting the calipers already on the car.
