Default Power top switch not responding

I've swapped out the relay but the switch has just stopped responding. Luckily, the top is up. Does anyone have a flow chart or checklist to follow?

Look for a faulty emergency brake switch. This will cause the top not to open, and it's a pretty easy fix.
