You were the first I think to do this. I wonder how long the 996 guys will take to find it?

Hello, the write up is nice but I can't even get the rear cover off! What's the trick? And what's the reverse gear/paper clip trick? I'm desperate for info on this. I've removed the bolts and tried pulling off the cover off but it won't come off.

My problem is the 2nd gear detent that won't come out. Been struggling with it for days but something is damaged and holding it in the case. I bought a GBox improved 2nd gear detent to install but can't get the old one out so the only option is to remove the case.
