Default Okay, who's got my car?

Looking for an early Boxster S, ideally 2003ish. 6 speed. To be used as summer DD, autocrosser and occasional track car. Gateway car to later Cayman S (maybe...after child #2 exits college/grad school/whatever).

Needs to be strong mechanically, cosmetically okay. Tasteful (performance) mods acceptable. Ideally located on the east coast.

Been looking off and on for a while. Thinking about springtime purchase if the planets align.

First venture into P-car ownership after many years with multiple Audis.

Comments, leads, donations appreciated.

I could consider selling mine for $30k...2002 S, new tires, brakes, 52k, green on beige... Needs rear window and nothing else.

Tires are Michelin pilot super sports, brakes are pagid S with new rotors too, also installed GT3 brake coolers. Car does see track, planning on an IMSB upgrade with DOF kit this winter, to be installed at a Porsche dealer

Ok. Let me preface this by saying I'm not actively selling, but if I get an offer of no less than $30k, I could consider it. I love this car, and it would take a lot to get me to sell, which is reflected in that asking price....

At that price range I'd be expecting a completely rebuilt suspension, 4+L Raby engine, new brakes, clutch, etc.

Shop, there are thousands out there and now is the best time to be buying, when it is cold out and there aren't many other buyers. Lovely car.

Might find some buying advice here

New clutch, RMS, sway links. I know it's not worth $30k, I suppose I'm just trolling... Sorry
