Default Transmission trouble

Left wondering what to do here. At 72k the Clevis pin went out in my clutch peddle in traffic. Peddle went to floor, and not knowing how to drive a manual car without a clutch I panicked. Tried to force the car into gear, etc. I had the car towed back to my garage and replaced the Master and Slave cylinders, as well as the clevis pin. I bled all the calipers and the slave cylinder several times (using different methods to try and force any air out, I put about a gallon of fluid through the system.) The brakes work fine with no fade/sponge, but the transmission is giving me trouble. Under load the car will not engage into second (I get gear grinding) and I get a bit of grind entering third. Third's grinding comes and goes, second is almost constant although I can start in second just fine. I changed the transmission oil but after ten miles no change. Did I cook the syncros? What else should I consider?

when you release the clutch pedal does it grab like it did before your troubles ? or does it grab right off the floor ?

The clutch and gear changes are actually smoother now with all the functional gears than they were before. When I dumped the Diff fluid I didn't encounter any chunks or any bits of synchros on the drain plug either. Fluid had never been serviced.
