you can have it reprogrammed to RoW for a pretty reasonable price. you need to go to the dealer w/ proof of ownership & request your immobilization codes. you'd send off the ECU & the codes for a re-flash. mine was done by a forum member tholyoak.
the RoW program does the following:
1) no secondary O2 sensors
2) no secondary air injection system. you can remove the valves & pump.
3) eliminates the clutch start switch (can start w/o clutch depressed)
