NEED HELP IN FRANKURT, GERMANY
 
There is a Porsche part that I want to buy. It's just outside Frankfurt, but the seller won't ship to the US. It weights about 30 pounds and will easily fit in a box about 22"x22"x10" with lots of newspaper for cushion. It's used and a pretty durable part. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this done with minimal seller help?

What reason does seller give for not wanting to ship object to USA?
