The quick way to tell if it is full leather is to look at the door panels, along the ridge that come vertically away from the door handle. The leather ones have a seam there with double rows of stitches.

Ahhhhh, glad we see things the same way

Now all you need is the short shift kit from Bumperplugs.com, and some of the Alu pedals from the group buy, and you're on your way!

In the service history that you pulled for this car - had they done the coolant tank replacement yet?

If not - budget to get it done ASAP - the early ones all crack and fail - best to swap out first.

1. Yes, that's full leather. But, no that's not the spot I'm talking about. It's the horizontal line above the air bags. (I mistakenly said "vertically" before. Sorry)

2. Personally, I'm a big amber fan. It's so ironic. On the 356s and the early 911s, it was and is "cool" to add the European ambers. So, the concept of de-ambering is bad for those cars. Since I came up loving those cars, I like amber and I'm sticking with it! Moreover, early 911s all had black rubber bumper guards of one type or another (except for the very early 911s, and admittedly some later racing 911s). So, to me, it is most appropriate that the Boxster have the black bumper guards.

3. Fricken awesome car!!!!!!
