To add to the confusion, how about considering a 1989 3.2 speedster?

Buy a Boxster S.

Enjoy the drop top, the beautiful handling, more modern interior & the last bit of remaining warranty time.

Once it goes out of warranty drop in an ECU, headers, cats and exhaust.

Start enjoying it all over again.

WOW! I don't guess CheneyH will be visiting the forum again anytime soon! Who could blame him? This whole post has turned into an OT RANT. Hopefully it isn't too late. CheneyH, if you aren't cowering under your computer desk at this point, I'd like to apologize on behalf of the rennlist community for all this. I'd love to answer your question, please feel free to private message me or send me an email. I've owned 2 1989 c4's, a few 1990 c2's and c4's, a 1991 c2 and a 1992 c4. I've also owned two 1997 Boxsters (not quite the 2000 Boxster S, but I have driven an S) So I may be able to help in the comparo. Again, sorry about the above ranting, it is the exception and not the rule here on rennlist! By the way, welcome to the board!!!
