Nothing like a little Allman Brothers while up on Skyline Drive, followed by a little YMSB on the way back. Somehow the fiance always sneaks in something silly like Shakira... She is held up on songs needed more words, and less jaming out Of course I have to put the wind deflector in for her as well....

Like most, I'm into the sounds from Stuttgart (even though most of our boxsters are from Valmet) but if I'm on a long cruise, I'll go for Red Hot Chili Peppers (older the better), Rage Against the Machine, White Stripes, Audioslave or some Yeah Yeah Yeah's.
blcdeez- Skyline Drive cruises are also good for some Black Crowes if you get tired of Allman Bros.

So we have a rule when driving - driver get's to choose the music.
So if wifey is behind the wheel, we have Train, David Gray, Coldplay, Blue Merle, Sheryl Crow.
If I'm driving it's BT, Theivery Corporation, Zero 7, Kaskade, Hybrid, Weekend Players
I can listen to her stuff all day long - it's pretty much all good.
But she hates my music, calls it FTS (Funky Techno ****)
But a rule's a rule - driver chooses the tunes!
