I had P1123 & 1125 it was my maf. If you have those codes it almost is automatically the maf thats the most common problem.

I posted a thread about what I did, seems everybody has the same questions.

There is a link on how to clean it. I used electrical connector cleaner which you can buy at any parts store. Followed Mike Fockes site advice and put it back in. 500 miles later no problem no light. The car lost a lot of power and throttle response when the sensor got dirty and the CE light came on. After I cleaned it up it was back to full power and sharp throttle response.

We will see how long it lasts, probablly just a temporary fix until the ineviatable happens and I need a brand new MAF, but this is ok until then I guess.

I finally got around to working on the Boxster a few days ago. Cleaned the MAF with electronics cleaner and the o2 sensors with brake cleaner.I let the o2 sensors dry overnight before I put them back in because I decided to change the air filter for good measure , and had to wait a day to get it.
I have driven 100 miles, and the light had not come back on. I think this did the trick!
How many miles do I have to drive before I can get smog tested?
