The front trunk light in my '98 Boxster doesn't work. A search in this forum has a great discussion on troubleshooting and possible solutions. I have determined that I need to replace the micro-switch as suggested, however when I search for the part number listed, it says it will not fit my vehicle. Searches for "trunk light micro-switch" or similar descriptions also doesn't offer the correct replacement part. Does anyone know what part or part number I should be looking for? Thanks!

996 613 206 00 is the part number from the PET. There is no other number associated. What number do you have?

That is the number I used. When it says "Make sure this fits your vehicle" and I enter "98", "Boxster", I get the message below.
