For the rear window foginess, you can try to buff it out with something like Meguiar's Plastx which can be had for < $20 at your local automotive store. Clean the inner and outer window with a mild detergent and towel, like Simple Green, and maybe a few rounds with just a clean wet towel, and let it dry. Once dry, apply Plastx on a microfibre towel and go at it inside and out a few times as per bottle instructions, and you should see a big improvement. It made a huge difference for me, and I highly recommend it.
