Hi, I have small bits of dark grey foam coming from the ventilation. Is there something I can do to fix that or do I leave it like this?

Your air distribution box flaps are coming apart. Very common. Not a big deal initially. But eventually you will have heat and cooling issues in the cab as the proper flappers are just holes. Mine spits foam on occasion but both heat and cool are still fine, I’ll tackle that job when I have to.
