2001 Boxster Car starts & drives normally for 5 to 30 min. then just stops running. Will not restart unless allowed to sit for 1 to 5 min. Car will then re start and drive normally until next shut down. No codes shown. Has new fuel filter, clean K&N qir filter. Any ideas?

I can think think of two things:

Crank position sensor is #1 exactly the symptoms you describe.

Vapor lock. But that should throw codes. Maybe not a CEL, but definitely codes.

I had this same problem and as mentioned above it was the crank pos. sensor.
