FREQUENTLY DEAD BOXSTER
MY WIFE HAS AN 07 BOXSTER WE GOT W 11K IT NOW HAS 42K AND FOR THE LAST YEAR IF THE CAR IS NOT DRIVEN FOR 2 DAYS THE BATTERY IS TOTALLY DEAD. AS WE HAVE A WARRANTY IT'S BEEN TO PORSCHE 3-4 TIMES AND THEY SAY THEY CAN'T REPLICATE. THEN SHE DOESN'T DRIVE IT FOR 2 DAYS AND WE'RE DEAD AGAIN. EVEN DISCONNECTED THE STEREO... This page contains details relative to the 986 series but yours isn't that much different and reading it will give you some ideas on how to troubleshoot. The dealer isn't willing to devote the time it takes to find the circuit. The basic approach is to monitor the power drain across the fuse box to see if you can find the fuse socket that still has power going through it at an unexpected rate an hour after the car is locked and key removed. It can be something as simple as an ignition switch never truly disconnecting.
Additionally, look and see if you can see any aftermarket items on the car as they and their installation are immediately suspect. Things like radar detectors, anti-theft devices, etc.

Maybe the battery doesn't hold charge, but the dealers or any place would know to check that. If your battery and charging system is OK then you have a current drain somewhere. Do you have any glove, trunk lights that are staying on? Maybe faulty relay switches? Any accessories plugged in?

you could put a test light in-between the positive post and the positive lead (remove the lead from the post first of course) and see if the test light lights brightly. If it does you have a drain, if it does not then you have a battery that is not holding a charge. If the test light lights brightly, you can then pull one fuse at a time until the test light dims, and that is the circuit with the power draw. THEN look at the wiring diagram and see what is hooked to that circuit.
We just had a similar situation with a 2004, did the same procedure, and it turned out to be a misplugged wire in the trunk! (a very weird one) but we solved the problem and the car no longer has a drain
