Default Ryan Clark wins Packwood Pro

Congrats to Ryan Clark (Calgary) who won B-street at the SCCA Packwood, WA Pro-Solo in a Cayman S this past weekend.

To do it, he had to beat Dan Bullus (4th in his Corvette) who was 2nd at the SCCA Solo Nationals last year in B-Street in his Corvette. 2nd place was a Focus RS and 3rd was an STi

Nice. Cayman + XRR would still be my choice in the class. Just think people are scared of the motor or we'd see a LOT more.

If I could get my driving together, I think I could get a lot closer to striking distance of the first couple trophy spots at a ProSolo. The 996 definitely has a better leg-up over the 'vette there than at regular solo.

James Yom won AS and was the sixth-highest-PAXing Street class car at the Spring Nationals Pro in 2015 in 40th Anniversary 996.

It wouldn't be my first choice, but with the right driver it can get the job done at a Pro.

Dan is a heck of a driver. Not a nice person, but a heck of a driver. He just backed out as director of ORSCCA because he pissed a few too many people off.
