Becker CDR 220 removal problem
 

Hi Folks,

The tools used to remove the radio from my 996 will engage the left slot, but when inserted into the right slot - nothing happens. Got the tool from becker usa; called them - they indicated that they get a call or two like this year, but had no advice. PCA representative talked about using lock picks, but nothing instructive.
If I engage the left tab and pull hard the right side seems to partially disengage, but at that point the radio is angled and straightening it to pull straight out seems to reengage the right tab.

I'm trying to install a simple aux-in but am at a loss...and dont want to hack up the dash.
