Default Replace CDR-23 with another factory radio for amps? CDR 220?

My 996 is equipped with the bose fiber optic system. I recently replaced the speakers and sound improved, but my aux-in bluetooth solution on the CDR23 is only about 85% of what I wanted it to be, and low-end is lacking due to using an FM modulator.

I really do not want to put in a modern double din unit, and all the single din stuff has shiny black plastic or chrome that just doesn't belong in the dash.

Is there another factory radio I could drop in without too much fuss that would allow me to run 2 small external amps for the speakers?

Thanks guys!

I'm thinking about doing this

Per Becker:

- You will need removal keys that we have available.
- No issues driving the car without the headunit

Ship to:
Becker AutoSound
101 US Highway 46W
Saddle Brook, NJ 07663

- Will take about 3 or 4 days
- Cost $100 and is classified as permanent although we could reverse it if needed.
