How to get rid of CD drawers in 996???

Is there a decent nav/audio system that can go where those 4 cd drawers are in the dash of a 2001 C2 coupe? Hard to believe those were good design in 2001 let alone now.

The CD drawer in my 2005 Kia Sedona is stuck due to a CD in the wrong place. How to I R/R this part without breaking anything?

I agree, the CD drawers seem dumb to me, even for the early 2000s. Why waste that spot for four lousy CDs? Anyway, yes, there are lots of options, but all will cost a bundle. Here's mine:
