Recently have been driving a 2010 Panamera S, and I’ve noticed some problems with the sound system settings.

For some reason, no matter how many times I’ve changed the sound settings to everything at 0, the bass and treble options always revert back to +6 and +5 respectively - sometimes this happens while driving and it always happens when I restart the car. This is happening even though audio pilot is off - is there another setting I can change or is there another way to save the settings?

Another problem is that sometimes the volume suddenly jumps to extremely loud and it scares you out of the blue, even though audio pilot is off.

Any solutions???
