Hi -
I'm new to this forum.
I have a 1993 928 GTS with blown rear speakers and need to figure out how to replace them.
I went to car audio specialist but they didn't know how to access them and didn't want to start pulling grills or pull apart car.
Does anyone have information? I live in San Diego so if you know anyone who works on 928 audio systems that would be great too.

Old thread You might try the 928 forum. Although it is a simple but delicate removal of the grill. A plastic pry tool to lift under the 4" rears or there is a split in the housing that separates the grill from the spacer for the 6". Simple removal of four Phillips screws after grill is removed. Be careful not to damages the grills as some are NLA or very pricey.
