Can't compare cabs and coupes. Cab plus unpopular color is a 20% differential before even comparing options/condition/miles.

5 years ago I was looking at a silver with that color interior and those exact seats. Had 5k miles on it and they wanted 75k. Car sat for almost a year. Those seats would be a deal killer for me as they are the old man style for comfort and I feel they are more prone to cracking with the wrinkled look. OP could get the car and always swap out the seats. Be pretty cool to put a full black seat kit in with the tan sides/dash and mats.
