Default Look what I got on CL for $450!!

Now I just need to find slightly used 235 or 245/30/20 and 305 or 325/25/20 PS2 or PS4S for only $100 on CraigsList. Anyone have some?
This isn't the exact wheel I am looking for, but for the price I couldn't pass them up.

They look nice, but before you put them on your car, make sure you know they are safe or from a reputable manufacturer. Cheaply made cast wheels may crack or break on you without warning, especially if you drive hard or over rough roads, and if a wheel breaks while you're driving, that could be catastrophic.

I'm surprised you guys don't recognize these as Champion RF67. Not only are they stamped, but they still have the "Made in Japan" stickers Champion puts on every wheel in the factory. Also, the second I picked one up I knew they were Champions. Unmistakably light weight.

My point has somehow gone over just about everyone's head. These are $6,000 plus set of wheels I got for $450

Who sells $6,000 wheels for $450? Probably stolen merchandise.

He was an older gentleman who didn't like his C4S lowered on H&R springs and with 20" wheels that came with his car when he purchased it from "some football player". He replaced the springs with OEM and put on a set of 19" wheels that were more to his liking.

I think he just simply did not realize how valuable these wheels are.

I asked my wife, "if I find these to really be Champion Motorsport wheels, am I an ******* for not telling the guy?"

She said, "no" and I trust her because she is much more conservative and ethical than I am

If they turn out to be RTF then your wife could also out-live you by a number of years.

Well, I hope you are right and got a fantastic deal! In this age of information, it's hard to find the "yard sale Picasso" anymore, but an older guy that isn't in to modifications may have essentially given away thousands of dollars in wheels without knowing it. I'm such a skeptic that I would have a hard time believing I got a deal and would believe I was getting scammed somehow, but I hope you aren't!

I have to say, there is some serious Race Tech Forged hatred on this forum. I'm not sure they deserve the hatred they receive, but I have no experience with RTF. And because I trust you guys, I wouldn't even consider purchasing a used set for ridiculously cheap.

This was enough evidence to convince me that these are, in fact, Champion Motorsport RF67 wheels. Well, this and the fact that I picked them up and almost threw them I expected them to be so much heavier.

For those of you that have Champion wheels, if this isn't familiar to you then, please, let me know!
