Default 997TT what options were available?

Forgive me if this exists somewhere but i'm wondering what options exist for the 997 TT's? There seems to be some documentation on the other models (C2, c2s, c4, c4s) that i've found but not seeing anything turbo specific.

i get that the seats have common options, but things like sportchrono is included, is there a sport chrono plus? does sport-plus affect a MT, or just Tip/PDK? were vented seats or exhaust ever an option?

You just need the appropriate year TT order guide. I think I have a copy of the '09 TT order guide, I'll check tomorrow.

More specifically to your Q's:

1. "Sport Chrono Package Turbo" was an option which provided (a) dynamic engine mounts, (b) personal memory function in PCM, (c) SPORT button, (d) with PDK, a SPORT PLUS button and launch control also with OVERBOOST, and (e) the timer clock. The SPORT and SPORT PLUS functions also provide changes to (i) throttle mapping, (ii) traction control, (iii) PDK gear change mapping and (iv) stability management (more slip).
2. Seat ventilation was an option, number 541
3. No exhaust options were available, although people mistake the change in noise with the SPORT/PLUS button as a 'sports exhaust'. It's not, it's just the engine mounts stiffening, and transmitting more noise to the cabin.

Thanks. 1d and 3 are the type of thing i was looking for (options that exist that only apply to certain "builds")

RJK - thanks, i found that larger list earlier but it's a bit confusing to determine what is available, but does a good job listing all possible options.

Google to find the Turbo order guide specific to your year (as options and bundling of options can change from year to year) and hopefully your country if possible (I know that some things were standard in Canada versus optional in the US and vice versa).

That's funny that it shows Ruby Red gone for 2008...
I wonder if that means mine was special ordered?

awesome, this helps at least get a idea of what's what.

though in looking closer it doesn't mention things like other available options:
vented/heated seats, seat options, etc

I think you read it wrong - for the reds the last one stated (Ruby Red Metallic) is replacing the first one (Carmona Red Metallic).

^ bingo, RR new color for 2008. Wonder what a Lagoon Green 911 looks like.

There is a thread with build sheets. Peruse that for a while, should get an idea of available options. Given that you can't order one now, why the inquiry?
