997.1 Turbo coming back on market
Hi - Wanted to post this up here before I re-advertise later this week.
I had a buyer for my 997.1 TT. Financing issues meant a lot of wasted time for both of us.
Car has recently had 17k worth of work done - new OEM turbos and major service. PPI was done a week or so ago and came through super well. Happy to share all paper work etc.
Car is black on black, 28k miles, MT. I'm looking for $71,500 for it. I replaced it with a GT3 so it's been sitting for a while and needs a new home.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions, or DM with an email and i'll share pictures, video, paperwork etc.

The car does not get driven much. I was told that this may have contributed to them getting 'clogged'. They are sealed units and cant be rebuilt. So I had new ones put in. The car also received a major service and new clutch cylinder while being worked on. As for the price....I dont know what to tell you. New York pricing maybe. Either way, I have all the paper work.

Honestly, it's way above my technical ability. The guy that runs Manhattan Motorsports is a super good guy, so I took his word for it. The warranty adjuster seemed to have no problem with it either. Just one of those things, so glad I have the warranty for the car.

Our turbos can be rebuilt and also upgraded internally . I had them done for $3,600 and I traded my stock turbos in. The turbos I have now are own but just that the bearings , wheel and other parts have been replaced to handle more power and better flow. Tom's turbos.. not trying to say that the guy lied to you but you just got find the right person who does what he suppose to when rebuilding them .
