What's the craziest reaction you've seen from another driver in your 911 Turbo?
I haven't had my 911 very long, but I've had some reactions from other drivers (most are positive). I've driven a Gallardo in Greensboro, NC before, which got a massive amount of attention from damn near everyone. The 911 doesn't get as much attention, but the attention it does get is relatively similar to what I experienced in the Gallardo.
Just yesterday, I was getting on the Autobahn (I currently live in Germany where I'm stationed with the Air Force) and as I merged from my on-ramp, I got over to the far left lane (three lane highway) and went for it. A white BMW 135i cuts over from the far right lane and gets on my *** just as I begin to accelerate from around 70mph and start to pass everyone in the right two lanes (he was a couple cars in front of me when we merged on). I get up to around 110mph, and hold it there for a good 3/4 of a mile or so. The whole time he is right on my ***, maybe 1-2 car lengths back. I'm thinking "wtf is this idiot doing", and my exit came up, so I got over to the right lane and immediately slowed down to around 75mph. He matches my speed from the far left lane, basically slamming on his brakes, rolls down his window, leans his entire body over his passenger seat, and gives me a big thumbs up out his passenger window, then takes off. I felt kind of like an a-hole not acknowledging him, but honestly I was a little annoyed at the wrecklessness of his driving and wasn't sure what his intentions were when he pulled next to me so I essentially ignored him and got off at my exit as he was giving me his thumbs up.
That was probably the strangest/most dangerous thing I've seen another driver do. I get the occasional thumbs up (even German's appreciate the 911 Turbo) and maybe a few pictures and head turns from pedestrians here and there, but never anything like what I saw yesterday. How would you have reacted in my situation?
Do you all ever experience anything like this? What is your worst driver reaction story?

Single digit salute from the tail gater behind when I have to tap brake gently to slow down for traffic in front. Does not matter what lane I am in.

Might as well be in a Camry, I've never noticed any reactions good or bad.

Women throw their panties in my cabriolet all the time. He'll, I could open a Victoria's Secret franchise.

Three Wheelin'
Occasional "nice car" when I had my 09 Guards Red cab, no reaction to my current TTS. Perhaps that's a good thing. But again I'm more focused on the road, driving defensively and trying to avoid the idiot VA drivers that seem to be everywhere.

I put my left turn signal on with 2-3 car lengths in front of the car in that left lane. In typical Florida fashion the driver speeds up so I can't get in but I'm already half committed so she has to go a little hard on her brakes to prevent hitting me. Road rages to the right lane, pulls beside me and I could hear through my closed windows..."NO ONE CARES THAT YOU DRIVE A F#@$%# PORSCHE!"
She clearly did

I pull into Subway and park. Some unknown driver pulls off the road, through the gas station and right up next to me and rolls his window down and gives me a thumbs up and says "nice car". Then drives around back into the road and leaves.

The other day a guy pulled up next to me and offered to buy my car for $30k, and said he has lots of Porsch's(e left off for effect).
I laughed and said this is a turbo and it would cost a lot more than 30k.

Another time only a few weeks after I bought it, I was letting my friend drive it on a back road, a young man in an Altima saw us coming as he pulled on the road going the opposite direction, as we approach he did a front wheel "burn out" while staring us down.
My friend and I just looked at each other and were like WTF was that about??

Believe it or not...
Driving through downtown Stamford, CT with the top down and two girls pull up next to me at a light. One cute, one not. "Can we go for a ride?" I say sure, but it only fits 2 people, trying to get the cute one away from the ugly one.
Got neither.

I had a filling station attendant come out and explain to me that he knows everything about Porsche's because he used to live in Germany. Then he asked me if it was a Carrera and what year it was.
When I told him it was a turbo and a 2008, he said; "well it doesn't matter how old it is... it's probably still worth 25-30k".
I didn't correct him... I just told him that I wasn't planning on selling it anytime soon.

in the 2 years of ownership I have only got a few thumbs up and 1 idiot who wanted to drag race. I like the fact that I get left alone with this car because I didn't buy it to get attention. I love my Porsche!

My storm trooper Audi S5 with a V8 and aggressive exhaust got way more attention than the 997tt.
