I found this link from Porsche. I'm not sure the exact dates of the model run, but this January 2010 report shows '09 TT Coupes at 321.

There have been a few threads on TT production numbers. Here's one, with the best info on the last page:

For those ending up at the end of this very informative thread, here's the summary of the great work done on the coupe (cab summary elsewhere in the thread) by EDEZTT;
In a separate thread, I used statistics on the VIN taken from US cars for sale on Autotrader/eBay to determine the production numbers for 997 turbos, which remains in progress. The 997.1 coupe analysis is now complete and below are a summary of the production numbers including those with MT, the most popular exterior and interior colors as well as the states that have the most 997.1 coupes for sale. Weird thing is, as was discussed in a contentious thread in the 997 forum a few days ago, the 991 has nearly the same overall dimensions (overall height, width, length) as the 997. Something about the lines of it makes it look way bigger, though, and I've never met someone who didn't think the 991 looked "too big" or "bloated" compared to the 997.
L 4477 mm v 4491 mm (Difference 14 mm)
W 1852 mm v 1880 mm (Difference 28 mm)
H 1300 mm v. 1296 mm (Difference -4 mm)
