Default Rev Report help, please

Hello all,
I know this is the place with all the knowledge and experts and I am hoping someone can comment on this rev report (I hope I am posting this in the right place for my posting). Any input and/or advice is appreciated. BTW this would be sold from dealer as CPO, so that helps. Thank you.

Extremely good report.

Would you mind sharing what they're asking for it? There's another thread here trying to gauge the value of a similar car and with 2009s it's hard to find comparables.

Great, thank you very much. I've been looking at a lot of 997.1TTs out there and this one caught my eye, especially since it is CPO which is hard to find. They are asking mid-80's for the car and since I see '07s for mid 70's I would think an '09 that is CPO is probably worth close to their ask?

Someone needs to give that Mezger a "proper" home (road, driver). Whoever owned that car must have been too nervous to experience the reasons of buying such a car. Priced right in today's market..

At least here on forums there can be some dialog. I've seen a few people post that their PPI mechanic told them to run away because a car had some 3s or 4s. A lot of buyers will just go with what the mechanic tells them.

Thanks to you all for the feedback! I'm hoping to have my new (to me) 997.1TT in my garage by the weekend.

These cars (997.1TTs) disappear so quickly! I know there has been a lot of discussion as to their place in history, but from my findings this spring prices are only going to go up. Some of the cars I called on were sold the day they were listed. Good for owners, but frustrating for a buyer!

Were you able to grab the one you posted about in the OP? The link shared in the thread indicates it is no longer available...

Default Rev Report help, please

Recently purchased a 2009, 997.1 Turbo with 35,000 mi. The PPI at Porsche Dealership showed no faults. 70 Stage 2 and 2 Stage 3, all less than 40 sec. Made asking price offer on Turbo as soon as it appeared as previous 997.1, 6-speed, PCCB sold before I found them available. Turbo feels as solid as my 2013 & 2016 Porsches with 35,000/5,000 miles, respectively. May you have happy hunting

Okay, looking at a 2007 and this is what the salesperson sent me. A screenshot that even by my extremely limited experience
looks wrong. Could this even be a legit report for a car with 12,500 miles?

I think I should just run away from this car because it looks like he sent me an incomplete report. Your input is appreciated!
