Thanks for posting these before/after pictures! I just bought the same Eibach springs for my 997.1TT, to be installed later this month in combination with BBS CH-R 19x8.5 & 19x12 wheels. Based on your pictures, I am going to be VERY happy with the final stance. Cheers!

Reporting back post alignment. The new and slightly lower ride height is a subtle but a nice change. Nothing too harsh, just a little more firm in the turns and under heavy braking and acceleration (worth noting that I also upgraded the anti-sway bars).

For anyone doing this, the post-install alignment is an absolute must-have, for both mechanical and driving sensation - the impact was quite noticeable and a large improvement from the post-install, pre-alignment driving precision.

What specs did you use? Dealer align?

I should be getting this done w/in next 30 days - w/ rear GT2 RS bar too.

I'd have to check. I can tell you it's a street fitting - I have no aspirations of tracking my car.
