Just installed a set of Suncoast 7mm/15mm spacers. Now I have a slight vibration in the steering wheel and when hard braking. Pretty sure it's the fronts...tomorrow I'll remove the fronts just to confirm....

Any thoughts or recommendations?

When you inspect the spacers, make certain that they are in full contact with the brake rotors. Wire brush any rust that may have formed on the brake rotor bolt circle. Secondly, assuming that the spacers provide a concentric lip for the wheels to mount properly, inspect each wheel to note that it is properly engaged on the concentric lip. The spacers are usually light alloy, and if the concentric lip gets bent slightly, you will not fully seat the wheel.

Lastly, take the spacer off each wheel and slide it into the loose wheel and then remove it, rotate one bolt and reinsert it again. Do this until you have rotated the spacer through each wheel hole. This is a check for concentricity of the spacer.

Lastly, you should be certain to cross torque the studs and bolts to 95 ft-lbs.

I suspect not torqued completely. Remember to do it to 95#, equally in the proper sequence.
Other possibility is that they're not hub centric and threw your balance off.

What I do is tighten the lugnuts as much as possible in the air, not just finger tight. that has solved a vibration problem I had with spacers.

Also you can remove the center cap and make sure the wheel is tight onto the spacer with it all assembled.

indeed check torque again to ensure a proper seat of the spacer to the hub and the wheel.

also - i presume you got longer wheel bolts to with the spacers too, correct? if not, this is a must!

A combination of what others have mentioned....Here is what I would do if I were you....

Jack car up and leave it up with both wheels in air.
Remove wheels and spacers
Use a light steel brush and clean around the hub and mating surface very good
Make sure spacer is clean and free of debris
Place spacer back over hub (if you have the alignment posts those help)
Replace wheel and insert all lugs
Tighten lugs in a star pattern as tight as you can while still in air
Lower car until wheels just meet the ground (don't drop car down)
Finish torquing to 95 +/- ft. lbs in a star pattern again
Lower car the rest of the way and test drive

If you still get vibration, you may have slung a wheel weight off? The stick on weights can come off.

My manual states 118 ft lbs for wheel torque, 2012 TT.????

The manual changed for the 997.2 TT, which you have. He has an 08 per his avatar/sig.

My guess is your front 7mm spacers are not hubcentric

Are they flat - or do they have prongs for the wheel to sit on ?

You need the ones with prongs.

Here is the info on torquing from the Current Porsche Manual.....Just so everyone has the info..

Silver wheel bolts (up to model year 2011) = 130 Nm (96 ftlb.). 160 Nm (118 ftlb.) also permitted retroactively.
Silver wheel bolts as of model year 2012 = 160 Nm (118 ftlb.).
Black wheel bolts = 160 Nm (118 ftlb.)

do you have a photo of the front spacers? right away we can see if they are hub centric or not.
