Default 2008 Turbo 42k Question About Engine Removal on CARFAX

Hi All -

New here. Wonder if anyone would have any thoughts on buying a used 2008 911 Turbo (42k Miles) with this in the Carfax report at around 40k Miles:

"A/C compressor serviced
Air filter replaced
Antifreeze/coolant checked
Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed
Coolant bypass pipe/hose replaced
Cooling system bled
Cooling system checked
Engine removed to complete repair
Engine/powertrain computer/module checked
Oil pressure sender/switch replaced"

Would it be normal on a 997 to pull the engine for some servicing? No idea what the issue was as I am reading this in a Carfax report and no other glaring issues that I see. It's a 6sp manual so I would send the car for a PPI and get a DME report. Any other advice is welcomed!

Thanks, Tom
