Does your documentation list the duration of boost increase in SPORT mode for the TurboS models? Does it say something along the lines of: "Overboost briefly increases engine boost pressure by approx. 3psi (0.2 bar) in the engine speed range from 2000 rpm to approx. 4500rpm."
The manual for 2011 997TT says:
"Overboost operates for approx 10 seconds. After this time, it can be re-activated by quickly flooring the accelerator pedal again". The TurboS models don't get "overboost" - the boost is at the TT's overboost levels all the time.

As you can see, the HP/torque numbers are identical for both(TT+SC vs TTS), with slightly different rpm range(i.e. it looks like only a slight tune difference)
Interestingly, the engine model is listed differently MA170 vs MA170S, though this tech specsheet doesn't point to any mechanical differences
Somewhat related, I had a master tech pull some info for me when I was trying to figure out if I am supposed to see 1.2 bar. His sheet said that the TT gets 0.8 normally and 1 bar in sport:
