The manual for 2011 997TT says:
"Overboost operates for approx 10 seconds. After this time, it can be re-activated by quickly flooring the accelerator pedal again". The TurboS models don't get "overboost" - the boost is at the TT's overboost levels all the time.

Technical Data Engine data
Type: MA 170 Horizontally opposed engine, liquid cooled
Number Of Cylinders: 6
Bore: 4.016 in./102 mm
Stroke: 3.051 in./77.5 mm
Cubic capacity: 231.9 cu. in./3800 cm3
Net-horsepower: 500 hp/368 kW
at crankshaft speed: 6000 - 6500 rpm
Net torque: 480 ft. lb./650 Nm (Overboost 516 ft.lb./700 Nm)
at crankshaft speed: 1950 - 5000 rpm (Overboost 2100 - 4000 rpm)
Engine oil consumption: up to 1.5 liters/1.000 km (1.6 quarts/622 miles)
Maximum engine speed: 7000 rpm

The manual for 2011 997TTS says (i'm highlighting the difference)

Technical Data Engine data
Type: MA 170 S Horizontally opposed engine, liquid cooled
Number Of Cylinders: 6
Bore: 4.016 in./102 mm
Stroke: 3.051 in./77.5 mm
Cubic capacity: 231.9 cu. in./3800 cm3
Net-horsepower: 530 hp/390 kW
at crankshaft speed: 6250 - 6750 rpm
Net torque: 516 ft. lb./700 Nm
at crankshaft speed: 2100 - 4250 rpm
Engine oil consumption: up to 1.5 liters/1.000 km (1.6 quarts/622 miles)
Maximum engine speed: 7000 rpm

As you can see, the HP/torque numbers are identical for both(TT+SC vs TTS), with slightly different rpm range(i.e. it looks like only a slight tune difference)

Interestingly, the engine model is listed differently MA170 vs MA170S, though this tech specsheet doesn't point to any mechanical differences

as does this one

According to this book, the 918 edition TTS models have the MA170S while the regular coupe/cab TTS models get the MA170 engine - same as the TT model

Somewhat related, I had a master tech pull some info for me when I was trying to figure out if I am supposed to see 1.2 bar. His sheet said that the TT gets 0.8 normally and 1 bar in sport:

Always forget that part, but If it's a topic that's older and there could possibly be new info for others to share, I see no harm in bumping it to Sub. as well.
At least I hope nobody cares. Thanks for the reminder though.
