Have you personally checked it out? I'm giving that car serious consideration right now (sight unseen as I am in the Lower Mainland).

I did not check it out in detail but saw that it was in very good condition. There are some amazing cars in their shop including Ferrari Dino's, a Carrera GT and even a F40. The Turbo is in good company.

That's a hell of deal if it's a clean car.

Did a price comparison between the 997.2 Turbo S and Turbo manuals. It seems like the manuals have overtaken in price already. Around a ballpark figure of 5-8k more for the equivalent car looking off autotrader.

Will update the thread with some interesting information at a future date based on comparisons with previous generation Turbos of all eras comparing production numbers, historical significance, and values. In short, they're considerably undervalued even at these levels.

Seems to be a very good price if in good condition as I've never seen a CDN 997.2TT 6 spd priced lower, plus this is list and maybe not final sale. It seems to have everything important on first glance at the pictures and reading the description. Maybe being on the island has isolated it a bit from buyers.

I paid way more for my 2010 last summer but mine has half the mileage, aerokit, LWB seats and PCCB.

I assume prices will go up short term as weather improves and summer driving season approaches.

$154,950 CDN for a 2010TT 6spd well optioned coupe with 41000 km (~25000 mi) - if it sells anywhere near that (and some of those other AutoTrader adds sell near asking) then the Canadian market has definately gone up from last year!

Yes, pretty well equipped, but no PCCB's, at this price you would expect them.

That 997.2 Turbo listed for $170k CAD/$129k USD sold in Toronto. I'm not surprised. I bet if someone has mint example with less than 5000km and all the important options it would sell for close to $200k. Turbos have a timeless appeal like a Rolex, last manual added to that and incredibly low production numbers means this will appreciate rapidly significantly in the next decade.

The Toronto buyer probably just sold a house for 500k more than he paid --- what's a measly $200 for a sweet turbo 🙃

Lol, not going to disagree there. I think there's plenty of individuals flipping and making over $500k in a single year on larger renovated homes.

Wasn't that Toronto McLaren just sold TT built up with quite a lot of aftermarket parts as well?

I don't think this one was stock like the 2012 that they also have listed.
