Default TPC DSC Questions

Considering the purchase of a TPC DSC module and have a few questions:

1. Is there any interference at all with the Cobb Tuner? I have the mods4cars control unit installed and I found out the hard way that it interferes with the installation of the Cobb software. Fortunately it can be put into "stealth" mode very easily and that solved that issue.

2. With the newer 2 mode system does selecting the Super Sport mode automatically put the suspension in Sport mode?

3. Does the last mode selected (Normal or Sport) remain selected after the car is turned off then back on?

Thanks!

1. Is there any interference at all with the Cobb Tuner?
No. We frequently use both DSC and Cobb AP with no problem.

2. With the newer 2 mode system does selecting the Super Sport mode automatically put the suspension in Sport mode?
If your car has Sport Plus option, then selecting Sport Plus will activate DSC suspension Sport mode.

3. Does the last mode selected (Normal or Sport) remain selected after the car is turned off then back on?
DSC will remember the mode that was being used.

Exactly what Tom said. LOL

I have it on my turbo and by far the best mod I made to my car.

Q. Any affect on CPO? I know it shouldn't, but... any real world experience?

Obviously I don't have any real world experience with it since I don't have one yet, but you can remove it and put the original unit back in in a matter of minutes before going to the dealer if you're concerned about it at all.

^ that's a good point - rather not have to, but doable.

It literally takes <1 minute to swap back to the stock damptronic unit once you know where everything is located. No tools needed.

How easy is it to install the DSC module? Do I need dealer/professional installation? Is there instruction to do it by yourself? TIA

See post #154 on this page.

DSC is great, but with their sways and front wide track kit it's twice as good.
