Default driver's seat stuck

I had my car detailed today and when I went to jump in to drive, the seat base won't reverse fully. It will go forward all the way. The upper part of the seat declines / reclines normally. The base will raise and lower normally as well. I'm 6'4" and can't drive it as it sits.

I've triple checked and nothing is stuck under the seat or in the mechanism.

Any ideas? My detailer wants to do a master reset on the whole car from the engine bay.

Can you hear the motors trying to shift it back, but it doesn't move, or does it shut off the motors prior to getting to the normal furthest back seating position?

Tried using one of the memory buttons (assuming you have them programmed differently)?

I can hear the motors working as the base will go back halfway and then stops. The motor stops as well. No change if using the memory buttons or manual control.

The motor doesn't continue if I hold the manual control. It's like it thinks it's fully back but it's not.

Tried disconnecting the battery? If the motor is disengaging then it must be an electrical fault. Assume passenger seat is working fine?

yes, passenger seat fine. Luckily my dealership is 5 min from my house so they are dealing with it now. Sucked driving down there though
