Fidelity Platinum warranty

Fidelity Platinum warranty
Hi. I still have one more year left CPO warranty on my '11 TTS.
I started looking around and searching for Fidelity coverage. Any good
leads? Can I buy a Fidelity plan anywhere and apply it to my local california dealer?
I asked my local dealer but would like to get other quotes.
Any experience with this guy - Troy Dietrich from this place?

Thanks!!

When I talked to my Porsche dealer they said the pricing is based on volume of Fidelity contracts. Not sure if that's true but I bought a 4/48 Platinum from the dealer I was using for my factory warranty as it expired.

Sunset Porsche in Oregon has decent pricing. Talk to the finance manager Tara. If you search around on rennlist you'll find others too. Prices are negotiable and vary greatly by dealer and car mileage.

There is a lot of mark-up/ commission on warranty sales, Ive heard as high as 50% for lesser cars Make an offer with your SA at your local place, let him know you know you have options, he may decide a small clip is better than no sale!

If you have a newer porsche with all the tech bells and whistles you should get the Platinum. Otherwise it's a waste of money and the Gold Plus is sufficient.
I went with Circle Porsche out of CA. Talk to Christine in finance and tell her Jared sent you. She was easy to work with and negotiated a little. My coverage was $1100 year.

Endurance, which was voted #1 for 2016, will not extend a policy to a Turbo 911...

For Fidelity you have to be within the 10 year window. If I waited till end of 2016 I would not have been able to extend the warranty if it were 2017 since it's a 2007. Hard to believe this car is almost 10 years old... it looks like new

Fidelity Warranty
Right now I'm on the fence about buying this warranty... my easy care warranty is expiring soon so I thought I would buy one from Fidelity since it covers a vehicle that's up to 10 years old (I own a 2007 Turbo) but with 73500 miles on it they want over $10,000.
I think its time to self insure and keep my fingers crossed.

Gold Plus w/$250 deductible
2/24k = $3200
3/36k = $4200
I'm going to think it over the weekend.
