I have a few fault codes and need some advice please
I just bought this 997 turbo a few weeks ago and have a few fault codes that I need some help with. The car only has 13,000 miles on it and is still under the CPO warranty for another few weeks.
What are your thoughts on these codes?
C130 Communication steering wheel electronics (comfort)
C152 Communication PSM control unit (drive)
C140 Communication instrument cluster (display)
8041 Key switch stuck
C140 Communication instrument cluster (display)
C142 Communication stopwatch control unit (display)
8001 over/under voltage
C102 CAN Single-wire operation "Comfort"
I have a key fob that won't unlock the car but instead, unlocks the hood every time I try to lock the car...
Any advice or information is appreciated
Dan

Can bus cars will throw various codes at various times. Sometimes the parts have a hard time communicating, but may be no further problem. Have you cleared and driven and rechecked the codes? Possibly someone was working on those items, and they are stored codes, and not current ones?

Dealer shouldn't care. Reading codes is pretty common these days. I would share what you saw with them.
They'll want to re-read them themselves regardless with a tool they know.
Don't clear them before taking the car in though. You don't want to destroy clues that they may need in order to properly root cause this. -- Even if clearing them and seeing what comes back is their very next step after reading them with their own tool.

$29 scan tools usually only look at generic codes, and won't go quite that in depth. Canbus cars usually have some stored codes in these areas. Sometimes it can cause problems, other times it is a hiccup. These cars aren't as finicky as Mercedes, which will do all sorts of funny things with weak batteries.

Just spoke with my trusted mechanic... He's suggested that I clear the codes and then drive the car to see if they come back.
He says there is no code that he sees that alarms him.
Thank you all for the input.
