Thought I would post this because there aren't a lot of users with this.
I bought my Turbo S used and it came with the Fabspeed I/H/E kit already installed. I did my research on Rennlist and found the consensus was that the Fabspeed had to go and I needed a true cold air intake
I sourced out the cost of a replacement OEM Turbo S airbox here in Vancouver and was quoted $7000.00. I contemplated putting just a OEM Turbo airbox in there but even that was $5000 for ABS plastic.
So I looked at aftermarket and found this nice piece from Champion Motorsport.
Fitment is great and I have noticed a great improvement in power -- sorry no dyno numbers just butt dyno
Looks great...but I'm a skeptic when it comes to "great improvement in power". Probably not as much engineering went into the Werks box as went into the Porsche box.
