My experience is that if you have added value, options, or taken particularly exceptional care of your car, you will not get what you think it's worth. A dealer will rarely/never give you what you can get on the retail market, but they sure can speed up the process. How much do you value the bird-in-the-hand? That's the million dollar question.

Solid advice. I bought my TTS two years after it was born, it had 5100 miles on it, and the price I paid was 29% off the sticker.
