Would you be streaming music from the phone you're referring to? If so, no it won't work - the phone will see the Transit as both a Bluetooth audio device (for music) and a Bluetooth phone device (for phone calls). I also don't think the phone could be connected to both at once (via Biuetooth). Caveat: This is my assumption based on limited understanding of the tech, definitely not a Bluetooth expert

I have the Mobridge unit (same as Chris) and it works wonderfully. I also upgraded the amp with an amp that just came out last year and is plug and play with the Bose amp, the first such amp to be able to do this I am told. The sound, even with the stock speakers is very good and I really like that the system looks completely stock, and that the phone functions on the PCM all work - great function without any outward appearing modifications.

Update, went with the latest dension BT , works like a charm, phone is actually pretty good, streams music and xm sat from my phone flawlessly. I was presently surprised, I was only interested in units working thru the stock radio/PCM with my iPhone 6. Thanx Gus at technik1!

In my newly aquired 997 turbo I appear to have a NAv-TV kit fitted which has an ipod connector and a usb lead when I connect the ipod it sometimes causes the pcm to bring up a sytem error and its a bit of a pain so I have been looking at the dynavin unit which is plug and play with the Bose

good thread with info here

It is not plug and play. There is weak bose converter box. Only one dual channel support of the speaker. Mostly the same limitation as the MOST-HUR solution.
