Default 997.1 Turbo slight rough idle at cold start up

When I start my car from cold, it idles a bit rough. Meaning the idle is not consistent at one RPM and vary +- 300rpms. In my past cars, I would clean the idle control valve along with all the intake components and would idle perfectly. Do our cars come with an idle control valve? Or is there something I should address?

Is this different from the usual initial high idle getting the cold oil moving through all the pumps? Mine fluctuates for a minute or so and then settles down.

Depending on the miles.. Wideband O2's over 50K are getting tired, MAF's dirty> need replacing. The coldstart idle with the airpump running will bounce the RPM a bit... Then settle down.
