you going to be driving this puppy in the snow of BC? What size spacers do you have? curious to see what the side profile looks like.

I installed winter wheels and snow tires for those cold wet mornings of Vancouver.
Vancouver rarely sees snow but incase temps drop im ready

Dry roads to Whistler will also be in the works...

spacers are 7mm (front) and 15mm (rear).
Very nice.

the previous owner had a good eye in making the stock 997 look just right

which brand spacers and where did you get them? Forget what I had on my previous car. I only worry about excessive dirt/rock kickups from the front tires with the wide rear when adding spacers. FIgure it would be exponential on the turbo.

^Just one source: I have been buying stuff from ECS Tuning. They have proper spacers and longer bolts and have been great to deal with. Excellent folks.

HRE also makes good ones...

went for a couple of laps around the city today.

Car is quite civilized. When you stand on it and hit over 4000rpm the turbos really throw the car forward!
Going to enjoy that sensation for next little while...

the clutch will take some getting use to... it is soft and only an ankle movement however it engages fairly quick and I have stalled the car twice lol....

Anybody know what the "Sport" button and the "PASM" button do?

Beautiful car. This is first post on this site as i'm now actively looking for a 997.1TT as well. There is not many to choose from in Canada (i'm in BC).
It seems to be quite a lot in the states but with the high US dollar right now its hard to find one thats within budget. Do you import it from the states yourself or a 3rd party help you with it?
Thanks

Congratulations! I just picked up a 08 tt, black/black and love it too. Your pictures with the spacers and springs helped a lot with my decision to go this direction

Any other suspension mods to accodomate the H&R springs ? I'm contemplating them but was wondering about rear toe control arms kit.

My car is getting H&R springs this week. No additional suspension bits will be needed aside from an alignment.
