Default New (to me) 997.1tt cab

Hi,

I recently picked up a '08 997tt 6MT cab and am loving it! I was looking for a manual turbo convertible with four seats and the list of choices was pretty short out there, especially as the manual transmission becomes a thing of the past. I happened upon this car here in South Florida and took the plunge! I fitted it with a Britax Roundabout car seat for our daughter and our family has been enjoying some top down fun for the last few weekends. The car came with Turbo II wheels, an FVD exhaust, and H&R springs. I have added the LED tails from FVD and I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Cheers,
Franc

I was debating on whether to remove the tint, however after driving it for a few weeks here in sunny South Florida I appreciate it during the day and I have not had any trouble with seeing at night. It was installed through a Porsche dealership and is a nice-quality tint job.

Looks great, I prefer gen 1 wheels on gen 1 cars though! Love the colour and is all the better for the colour coding! Same here when looking for a 2 + 2, choices are mainly gt cars, they seem bigger, heavier, slower!

Very pretty car. H and R springs give it a perfect stance.

Clear side markers are definitely on my list. And I'd definitely recommend the H&Rs. Reasonable ride quality and great handling with the stock PASM struts. The TPC controller is something I am seriously considering to refine the ride quality further.
