I am curious to see how many follow the OE recommeded tire pressure for street driving and how is the ride quality?

Ashamed to say I'm not even sure what it says on the door for recommended pressures.

36/42

Firm yet comfortable, but most quality things are.

With respect to what it says on the door, would not that be a generalization and greatly depend on the tires you are running??

Also recommend a quality/accurate tire gauge as the Porsche/aftermarket tpms readings can be off by several pounds?

Asking not saying.

For the past couple of weeks I was going to start my own thread on this topic. I'll tack on my questions to this one.

QUs
1. how often to you check the tire pressures?
2. When you adjust the pressure, do you over inflate by a hair assuming that the pressure leaks over time.
3. how accurate are you TPMS? Are there more accurate TPMS than the OEMs?
4. Do you have a compressor at home? What kind?

ANS
1. Every month
2. I usually over inflate by 1psi
3. My OEM TPMS are not very accurate, they range from -2psi-+2psi
4. I have an 12v tire inflator. It's OK. It takes an age to inflate, get quite hot and is loud, but it does put air in the tire.

36/42 is for a fully loaded car with passengers and luggage. I go 32/37 and it is perfect.

I have non-stock size tires. 245/30/20 and 325/25/20. How do I find out recommended cold tire pressures?

Oem size cold is 33 39 for partial load. Add 2 psi for every inch increase in wheel diameter as a rule of thumb
