As a point of reference on pricing, I acquired an 09 6MT in white/black late last year for $84K. It's a CPO, nicely equipped with PCCB's, limited slip, sports chrono, short shifter, sports steering wheel, heated adaptive sport seats, bluetooth, universal audio interface, XM radio, lit sills, and a bunch of trim stuff, listed for $153K when new. The previous owner has also recently added CL's in dark gray metallic, it had 27K miles which was a little more than I preferred, but it was in really nice condition. It had a bra, which I replaced with a complete front end wrap with a new windshield. given that your mid 80's target seems a little high or I got a smoking deal on my 09.

Thanks everyone for your honest feedback. 85K was high and I knew it but high 60's is too low. So, I guess I'll be in the mid to high 70's. Too bad I should have bought the 6MT blue coupe I was going to buy before I settled on a TIP because of the NVA/DC traffic.
I guess bringing my TT up to today's standards (better PCM, flash etc) really isn't going to pay the dividends I thought. Oh well, if I sell/trade the new owner can return the car to stock with the OEM parts I'm including.
